LES PASSAGERS — Christophe Bourguedieu

The Australia of Passengers is located in Perth, a large and isolated city on the West Coast, where we will see a few unremarkable decors alternating with portraits of young people with undecided charisma. Here we find familiar motifs from the world of Bourguedieu, his sense of light and his taste for understatement. But this large-format book of radical minimalism, more than the previous ones, constitutes a world in itself, sensual and intriguing, where signs of belonging are discarded. What remains is the presence of these passengers and the empathy with which they are considered.
