Frédéric Stucin is a photographer, a graduate of the Strasbourg Decorative Arts School and the Louis Lumière School. His favourite field is faces: he specializes in portraits. Recently he exhibited at the Sète and Toulouse festivals his travellers from the Gare Saint Lazare and his elegant Prix Diane.
But he has always loved the streets of metropolises and landscapes at the other end of the world, and has made a dozen travel diaries (Rajasthan, California, Abu Dhabi, Mexico City, Jamaica, Ibiza, Scotland...). He also participated in the Azimut project initiated by Tendance Floue, a long photographic walk.
He works on commissions for the press and also leads long-term projects. Sometimes he pretends to think that his job is "mastering the moment": he leads a workshop on the subject every year during the Rencontres d'Arles.
