Imatges abandonades

These black and white figures are anything but static. Once they have been paralyzed by the shooting, a frozen gesture remains in each of their pose, an expression which overtakes iconographic conventions and he sculptor's artifices.

As always in his work, Terré doesn't conceive the series as an inventory or some thematic collection of found objects. He portrays the images, as he confronts himself with the human being, seeking beyond the self, or rather through the self as through a crucible this universal value which condenses the mystery of human's existence.
