L'Œil invisible (secondhand book)

All types of pictures are represented in W. M. Hunt’s surprising collection, wether it be reportage , artistic, scientific, or documentary photography, ranging from the earliest times of the medium with  daguerreotypes to the latest contemporary creations. Anonymous' shots and cheap prints rub shoulders with some of the most renown photographers. For instance, among little known of forgotten works, XIXth century piece from Nadar can be found, along with some from the Alinari brothers, Julia Margaret Cameron or Disderi. Adward Weston, Man Ray, André Keretsz, Bill Brandt, Richard Avedon, Diane Arbus, Irving Penn or Robert Mapplethorpe are some of the most prestigious names of the XXth century. Contemporary photography shall not be forgotten thanks to masterpieces from Cindy Shermann, Adam Fuss, Philip-Lorca di Cordia, gary Schneider, Gerald Slota, Duane Michals and Philippe Pache.
