The Atlas series is an autobiographical sum, full of obsessions, apparitions and discoveries. Photography appears as a thoughtful act, encompassing the crossing of experiences, time and places as well as the latent desire to build an image of the world in which the author can identify himself.

Translating these emotions is based on the use of fiction, the search for the strange and the extraordinary as a symbolic pretext. Atlas takes up a challenge: that of representing the nomadic journey of its own experience, through these poetic spaces where the unusual happens, where no artifice can be calculated. Here, photography tries less to capture than to invent (from the Latin "invenire", to discover), that is to say to find something that was not given in advance.

The permanence of themes wrapped around the idea of time also inspires the project. By working on this permanent and timeless background, the series compiles the experiences that deal with this sensation of revelation and continue to question the desire to look, the feeling of always returning to the same ideas, knowing that although they are always the same, they will always be different. In this sense, photography is nothing other than manifesting itself in the landscape, by mapping a fictional space, built from an inner entity, endowed with intention, born of the need to enter into communication, by letting oneself be carried away by experimentation and contact with landscapes, bodies and things.
