The series Le nom qui efface la couleur is articulated around the idea of the possible, the possibility of being one thing or another, of falling or stealing, of remaining or disappearing... in short, of that freedom that belongs to man and forces him to choose between different proposals.

The project took place in Le Blanc - the place that erases colour - where one can contemplate the borders of a forgotten territory, its granitic character, but also its more fleeting appearances.

This series is the result of an abstraction, a particular state where the mind opens up to the exploration of the limits of photography to witness the emergence of a new place, more vague and ambiguous but at the same time more in line with this territory charged with feeling, metaphor and language.

The series Le nom qui efface la couleur was created as part of an artist's residency at the association Nature Humaine, in the Centre region of France.
